Pretty in Pink

Our friends, Maryalice and David, came to visit this past Wednesday. Fortunately for us, Maryalice loves to take pictures. She took over one hundred during their afternoon stay! We all had a wonderful time. Elizabeth slept through much of the visit, but she was awake enough for some awesome pictures. Thank you, Maryalice for your contribution to our blog:)

A Second Visit with Cousin Bradley

Each Sunday, Vinnie and Kelly let Mimi and Pop-pop watch Elizabeth while they go to evening church. This particular Sunday, Bradley and his parents visited Mimi and Pop-pop too! In this picture, you can really tell that Bradley is older than Elizabeth! He's four months old now!

Mimi is holding Bradley while Uncle Jeffery is holding Elizabeth. Bradley was attracted to Elizabeth's colorful dress and reached out for a closer look.

Aunt Sharon can hardley believe her Bradley was as tiny as little Elizabeth.

Elizabeth's 2nd Week

After a visit from her cousin, Bradley, both Elizabeth and Bradley were quite fussy for their parents. They seemed to be over-stimulated from all the excitement of their first introduction. After a late night/early morning, both settled into a deep slumber and rested good the whole next day.

Aunt Kelly was excited to see Bradley and how much he had grown!

Elizabeth's First Week at Home

Elizabeth likes her car seat as long as she is well fed before we put her in there!

Elizabeth enjoyed her first ride in her swing... for a few minutes anyway!

Although you cannot see her, this picture was taken right before we took Elizabeth on her first walk down the street. She slept for half the trip, then woke up and announced her presence to the whole neighborhood! (Pictured left to right: Uncle Jason, Mommy, Pop-pop, and Mimi)

Elizabeth's birthday

Elizabeth Ann was born on June 28, 2008 at 10:39 PM. She weighed 8 lbs, 3 oz. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. We fell in love with her the minute she came into the world.
